CSR is the voluntary activities undertaken by a company, over and above legal requirements, to operate in an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable manner. Our business is committed to corporate social responsibility and ensuring that all employees, partners and stakeholders are treated fairly and ethically. Our goal is to run our business in a way that creates a responsible workplace that reflects the values of our company and our community.
We respect all our employees. The success of our business is dependent upon ensuring that they have a safe and positive work environment. We strive to promote teamwork and personal growth so that our employees can grow as our business does. We aim to treat all stakeholders fairly, and to create and implement policies that ensure an open workplace. We strive to apply these policies in a transparent manner so that stakeholders can trust in the consistent application of our policies.
We require all stakeholders in our business to uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity and to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the protection of human rights and the prohibition of forced labor.
We recognize that conflicts on and outside the workplace can arise, and we encourage all our employees, customers, suppliers and partners to speak up when they witness behavior or conduct that is not aligned with our policies, values or applicable laws.
